Executive Assistant - Compensation: $40,000.00+ in Central Square, New York

A small financial consulting firm located in Central Square is seeking an Executive Assistant and Scheduler.
 
JOB DUTIES:
This is a work-from-home opportunity.  The selected candidate will be provided a laptop computer and cell phone.  The employee will be responsible for taking telephone calls from established clients, answering emails from clients, and scheduling appointments for consultants.  This is NOT a sales position.  The employee will only be interacting with established customers or potential clients who call seeking our services.
 
HOURS:
Monday ? Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  A majority of the telephone calls will be received between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  You would be expected to answer all telephone calls and emails received during this timeframe.  In the event you are unable to answer a call from a client, the call should be returned as soon as possible if a message is left.
 
SALARY/BENEFITS:
A base salary of $40,000.00 will be offered to the selected candidate.  Profit Sharing will also be offered, which may include bonuses up to $10,000.00 per year.  Health insurance and dental insurance will also be offered.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma is required.  An Associates degree is preferred in a Business or Office Technology related field.  Candidate must be computer literate, and have experience with Microsoft Office.  This position is the ?voice of the office?, and therefore the selected candidate must have a polite, patient, and friendly telephone demeanor.
